From the restoration of an apartment building originally constructed in the 1920's to complete renovation, re-tenanting, and re-marketing of shopping centers, we have achieved success in our past revitalization efforts and look forward to future opportunities.
The photos on the right depict before and after views of the Park Royal Apartment Ballroom. The room had been closed off to its residents for several decades and required extensive restoration which included the replication of the crown molding and picture frame walls, as well as the grinding and refinishing of the terrazzo floors.
