Throughout its history, Bianco Properties has increased the size of its portfolio by acquiring numerous commercial, industrial, and residential properties as well as raw and developed land. Since we rarely sell our properties, our portfolio grows steadily. The average interval of ownership for the existing portfolio is almost twenty years.
Bianco Properties is in an acquisition mode using both internal equity capital and the separate funds of our affiliate investors. Our objective for the next several years is to make investments of $125,000,000 to $250,000,000. We seek retail, warehouse and distribution properties in most major metropolitan areas with good air connections with St. Louis. We have the capability to complete large all-cash acquisitions and can perform promptly.
