Greenwood Shoppes is located on US 31 directly across from Simon Properties' 1.1 million square foot Greenwood Park Mall. The property consists of 80,255 square feet of commercial space. The current tenants include Men's Wearhouse, which is undergoing an expansion, Half Price Books, and Party City, along with local and regional retailers Uncle Bill's Pet Center and McGee & Company Fine Jewelers.

In addition to Greenwood Shoppes, Bianco owns several other shopping centers around the country located near well perfomring regional malls. The acquisition of Greenwood Shoppes brings Bianco Properties' holdings in Indianapolis to four shopping centers and one industrial park. Last year the company bought Fishers Gateway Shoppes at I-69 & 116th in Fishers, Indiana.
