A St. Louis-based commercial property investor has purchased two Dallas-area shopping centers.
Bianco Properties said Wednesday that it has acquired the Frankford Pavilion Shopping Center in Far North Dallas and the Coppell Retail Center in Coppell.
Frankford Pavilion is at 4520 Frankford Road near the Dallas North Tollway. The three-building property contains 49,000 square feet and has tenants including Blue Fish Japanese Restaurant, Fish City, Jason’s Deli and FedEx Kinko’s.
The center was purchased from Dallas’ Byrne Co. Terms were not disclosed.
The Coppell Retail Center is at 130 N. Denton Tap Road and was built in 2002. It was bought from Browning Property Co.
Tenants in the 15,000-square-foot project include J. Macklin’s Grill, Coppell Taekwondo, Great Clips and Marble Slab Creamery.
“We are excited to add these two properties and their quality tenants to our existing portfolio in Dallas,” Dan Wolk, Bianco Properties senior vice president, said in a statement. “Over the past several years we have set our sights on Dallas and hope to continue our expansion in the metroplex as other prospective opportunities arise.”
Bianco Properties now has five Dallas-area shopping centers, including Midway Commons and Village by the Parks II in Arlington.
The company has been in business for almost 50 years and has 3 million square feet of space in St. Louis, Seattle, Indianapolis, Dallas and Tulsa.
